Localized uneven wear fault.

Good morning.

The magnetic powder clutch (OYOSTEPPER) of a reciprocating fabric winding machine undergoes tens of thousands of forward and reverse switching operations daily. After less than 800 hours of operation, the magnetic powder on one side of the chamber hardens and agglomerates, resulting in uneven friction clearance and a 15% fluctuation in output torque.

Regular disassembly and cleaning of the powder is extremely labor-intensive, severely disrupting the production line cycle, even though lubrication and heat dissipation are within rated limits.

It is suspected that repeated alternating shear forces cause magnetic powder agglomeration and compaction, with a lack of dynamic dispersing mechanism.

Seeking advice on intermittent short-duration high-current magnetization programs for the controller, selection of anti-agglomeration surface coating modified magnetic powder, and simplified optimization methods for machining the rotor surface turbulence grooves.
